Batumi West Hotel

We really enjoyed our time at Batumi West Hotel. The room was fairly quiet and spacious, with a very comfy bed. The location was exceptionally nice for walking around Batumi Boulevard. The restaurant was good and the staff were very friendly.

Fantastic location close to attractions, amiable staff, everything was great. We had a suite with extremely comfy bed and central heating, television, and a fridge. Street view was an unexpected bonus: )

The hotel was perfectly clean and we had a quiet and big room. The breakfast with coffee and tea was amazing. The location was exceptionally nice, a short walk to the Old City and a nice boulevard, restaurants, stores, and close to the beach. The staff was really helpful and amazingly friendly - we will come back.

The room was really nice and clean, with a hairdryer, spa bathtub, and robes in the bathroom, and I enjoyed the view of the city from the balcony, plus the hotel's location was great right in the center.

It was a perfect romantic escape with great staff service and welcoming facilities. The hotel was very quiet, clean, and well-designed with elegant furniture, setting a very romantic atmosphere. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with a variety of options that included fresh fruit and baked goods. the key location offered easy access to the heart of the city and the beach, making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Although the hotel staff was very accommodating, there were a few negative experiences during our stay. Unfortunately, the hot water was not available during our whole stay, making morning showers impossible.

We had a late arrival and the receptionist kindly guided us to our room. She spoke English fluently, a relief. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.
